  1. General description of the service

We create websites for possibility booking our accommodation facilities directly from the owners. Commission intermediaries (Reservation sistemamy, tourist offices) is excluded. All our accommodation duplicate objects are located in Prague, Czech Republic. For an easier search of accommodation facilities and reception, you can add the coordinates of the object in your browser. We speak English, Czech, Russian, Spanish. Possible early or late check-in / check-out. Inform us in advance. If you smoke, please contact the reception desk and we will find apartments with space reserved for smoking. In its sole discretion, without cause, we may ask you to pay a deposit (deposit), which will be refunded at the time of departure from the apartment.

  1. Our prices

Prices for apartments flexible and absolutely real in terms of price / quality. If you booking a month will be discount up to 30%. If you booking in low season possible discount of up to 50%. When booking your friends, on your recommendation, you will receive from us a bonus of up to 5% of their booking in cash or by bank transfer. Mandatory requirement: redupredite us in advance!

  1. Personal data / privacy.

Complete the booking form you agree to the use and processing of your personal data. We care about the safety of your personal data and confidentiality of information.

  1. Payment

Possible payment by cash or credit cards VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Bank services range from 1.5 to 2.3%. And we have the right to increase the cost of our services by a corresponding amount. Secure payment goes through the payment terminal of our bank. Your data is protected by a secure connection of the bank CSOB (Prague, Czech Republic). Make a reservation you do not own the card is only possible with the consent of the cardholder.

By mutual consent and within a reasonable time, we can adjust or cancelled your  booking.

When booking for special offers and promotions we have the right to charge money for the full amount of reservation or make a preauthorization for part of the booking to guarantee payment.

  1. Reservation. cancellation Policy

After completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read the entire text, understand the meaning of all the described and agreed to the terms and conditions placed.

If you have completed the booking, we believe that you agree to the following terms and cancellation policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the full cost of the reservation. In case of cancellation after this period, we reserve the right to remove 100% of the total amount of your armor. On reservation shares are undervalued prices. Therefore book on special offers and promotions can not be repealed, no refund. Please consider this when booking.

 

  1. Correspondence and notifications

After receiving booking we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received the confirmation email, check whether you have written your email during the booking process. If everything was written correctly, then check the folder «Spam» or contact us.

  1. Your Feedback

After departure you can leave your comments and share your impressions about our property. We can modify, reject or remove a review only on your own.

  1. The limit of liability

Information on our site is solely based on our knowledge, judgment and experience. All comparisons, evaluations and express only our subjective opinion.  Our life should be seen as a recommendation and proof of the high quality service our accommodation facilities.

Our company is responsible for damage caused by us due to non-fulfillment of its obligations to the value of your booking.

Apartment rates include taxes: VAT 15%, city tax of 0.6 euro per person / day. We are responsible for their payment.

Lack of money on the card, the wrong data card or not timely payment beyond the scope of your responsibility.

None of our employees is not responsible for any of your fines, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or income. Your damage to the prestige and reputation, we do not reimburse. We also have the right to act at its discretion during the force majeure (force majeure).

On our side, there may be errors / typos. Legally binding obvious errors / typos are not.
